Ultimate Japan TV is a show hosted by Scott, Mayumi and Skyler Suzui on Spectrum OC16 TV. Ultimate Japan travels to Japan and provides its TV viewers a private tour of this fascinating country with features on the culture (“Rekishi”), foods (“Omoshiroi Tabemono”), shops (“Iroiro Na Kaimono Shimasu”), tourist spots (“Kanko Kyaku Ga Iku Tokoro”) and people (“Nihonjin Ga Suru Koto”) of Japan in every episode. Season 27: Hokkaido Lavender Tour
Episode 1
Join the Suzui’s as they take the Hawaii people on their very first tour with Non Stop Travel. First it’s off to see the beautiful Lake Shikotsuko. Then it’s off to the Ainu Museum to learn the some history of Hokkaido. It’s then off to shopping at Daiso and finally an awesome salmon lunch.
Episode 2
Join the Suzui’s and the Hawaii people as they visit Jigokidani, or Hell Valley. Then it’s an awesome buffet dinner. We will then show you Otaru Town to make music boxes. Then it’s off to Otaru town to try the delicious seafoods. Finally we will be making our own sushi.
Episode 3
Today we will be in Sapporo to visit Tenguyama to see the beautiful view and ride the rope way. Then it’s off to Hokkaido Shrine to learn some history. Finally it’s off to Tanukikoji Street to do some shopping at try an awesome meat restaurant.
Episode 4
Join us today as we visit Mt. Okura Ski Jump Stadium to see the nice view and some of the athletes practicing. Then it’s off to Sapporo Beer Garden to eat some delicious Ghengis Khan and learn the history of beer in Sapporo. Then it’s off to do some shopping the Aeon Mall. Finally it’s a izakaya style dinner.
Episode 5
Join us today as we visit the mysterious Shirogane Blue Pond. Then it’s off to Shikisai No Oka to see the beautiful flowers. Then for the highlight of the tour, Farm Tomita to see the lavenders. Finally an awesome seafood dinner at Tenkin.
Episode 6
Join the Suzui’s and Hawaii people as they visit Otokoyama Sake Brewery to learn the history is sake. It’s then off to Asahikawa Ramen Village to eat some delicious ramen. Then it’s off to see the twin waterfalls, Ginga No Taki and Ryusei No Taki. Finally an awesome buffet style dinner at our hotel.
Episode 7
Join the Suzui’s and the Hawaii people as they visit the peppermint museum to see the history of peppermint in Hokkaido. Then it’s off to Abashiri Prison to take a tour and eat a prisoners lunch. It’s off to Okhotsk Ryuhyo Museum for some winter fun in the summer and finally an awesome traditional Japanese dinner. Just follow me!
Episode 8
It’s the last episode for the Hokkaido tour and we’ll be starting off visiting Lake Akan. There we will take a nice boat cruise and visit Churui Island to see the “Marimo” (mossball). Then, we will have a ramen lunch. It’s off to Lake Onetto to see the beautiful view. We end the tour with a nice farewell dinner with the Hawaii people and of course the funny out takes!
