Originally from Kailua-Kona and graduated from Konawaena HS.

Graduated UH Manoa in Elementary Education.

Taught at Kealakehe Middle, Maili Elementary, Hale Kula Elementary now the Daniel K Inouye Elementary School, Honowai Elementary, Wheeler Intermediate

Vice Principal then Principal at Waianae Intermediate

Opened Kapolei Middle School

Complex Area Superintendent for Campbell/Kapolei

Love to travel, try new things, love plants.

Wife of 54 years, mother of 3 daughters, grandmother to 4 grandsons, GG to one cup of joy great- grandson.

What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your free time?

Hobbies include gardening, floral and creative crafting, cooking.

Where is your favorite place to travel? What is your favorite thing to do there?

Favorites: I love Alaska for its vast natural beauty and Japan for its food and culture.

What do you like most about being a Tour Manager?

Great travel experiences that feed the senses. Learning about the history, architecture, people and culture of places visited. Meeting new friends.

Is there anything else you’d like our tour members to know about you?

I will do my best to provide you with an experience you will remember for many years. I believe that the way to do this is to accept personal responsibility as a travel group member by being prepared, follow the leadership of our guides and tour managers and communicate openly and honestly with each other.
