Hokkaido Highlights & Shopping Land Tour
We sought out Non-Stop Travel Advisor, Kristina Ballina, to help us arrange for a tour to one of the few places left on my bucket list, Japan. We met with Kristina a couple of times and felt comfortable with her as she presented us with several packages for the Fall Season which includes air, sea (if any), ground transportation, hotels and meals. We also wanted a package which would allow us some free time in addition to the planned itinerary.
Kristina’s descriptions were thorough which helped us toward making a decision. She also gave us a short description of the tour guide of the package that we selected and we felt even more comfortable. We settled upon a tour that both me and my husband are comfortable with and we are looking forward to an informative, relaxing and luxurious tour of Japan’s history, culture, scenery and cuisine.

Japan Fall Tour
Aloha! I had to write this Mahalo letter to Non-Stop Travel Group Tour to commend Gail and Delbert Nakaoka. Wow, did we hit the lottery by having those two lead our group. They were wonderful, wonderful guides throughout our entire journey. I also wanted to commend Robert for his patience in dealing with helping us with Japan protocols of COVID vaccine proof and immigration and customers’ QR codes.
I don’t even know where to start with our wonderful and memorable Sakura Tour and Cruise. Mahalo to Non-Stop Travel for the special pupu night you treated us to. That was ono and so special. We had a really great group of “travelers.” I say “travelers” because when you go on a trip, you’re either a traveler (who knows there will be bumps along the journey and has an “it is what it is” kind of attitude) or a “tourist” who cries, bitches, and moans and looks at the glass half empty instead of half full. I’m glad to say our group was all travelers, and we all tried to help each other.
I was so proud of Delbert and Gail who brought omiyage for the local guides and bus drivers. They know and respect Non-Stop Travel even more because of how they conducted themselves. Even other travelers in our group, Gerald, Sheri, her sister Traci and husband, all brought macadamia nut candies to give our local guides. How nice! I too brought small, lightweight Hawaii snacks to give the local guides because that’s how my dad, Richard H. Sato, now 94 and bedridden, used to do too when he took small groups on tours. Anyways, we really, really appreciated all Non-Stop Travel, Gail, and Delbert did to help our group. They were always available and just really fun couple to be with. Mahalo, Mahalo!

I just wanted to inform you that we had such a wonderful time on our Premium Hokkaido tour. The food, hotels and experiences were exceptional.
My wife who is normally reserved with strangers enjoyed talking to Pali, Bryan (cameraman), Cora (tour manager) and local Japanese guides, Sasaki and Yuki. Pali and Bryan were charismatic and made you feel comfortable in front of the camera. They were astute in developing stories. Cora went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable, and our needs were met. Sasaki and Yuki worked tirelessly in coordinating our arrivals at activities and hotels. They communicated clearly each day’s events and itineraries and informed us of the amenities each hotel had.
We are hooked on traveling with Doko Ga TV. Please send us any scheduled upcoming Doko Ga TV tours and if the stars align, we will be there. We are hoping to go to Europe in 2024. I would have loved to participate in the KSSK Perry & the Posse and Doko Ga TV tour to Japan, Okinawa and Taipei but we already had other commitments.

South Korea Land Tour Customer Reviews
Korea trip from Oct 17th to 27th with Non-Stop Travel was awesome! Our tour guide was Estrella and she was the BEST! She took very good care of us and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the foods and shopping experiences. She took hundreds of pictures of us and posted it on her site for us to access.
Our local guide in Korea was Ashley. Ash was very knowledgeable and funny at times. She kept me interested throughout the entire tour.
The other people on the tour were great. At times, I got to eat with the other members and conversed like we were old friends.
I like traveling on tours because everything is planned out and I can just relax and enjoy. Meeting new people is awesome. Non-Stop Travel has never disappointed my wife and I.
My next trip will probably be back to Japan to see the cherry blossoms, of course with Non-Stop travel.

We just got back from our 7-day Alaska cruise, and it was truly awesome! But more importantly, we had an awesome Tour Manager in Mia Frey. She was organized, competent and easy to speak to. Our cabin had a “stinky” odor originating from the shower drain and after several unsuccessful confrontations with the NCL staff, we finally spoke to Mia. She immediately met with the 2 top brass people and resolved the smelly problem. She even got NCL to issue us an on-board credit to compensate the burden we experienced.
We will definitely be back and choose Non-Stop for our cruising needs. From start to finish, it was a memorable experience our family will never forget! Mahalo again Mia and NST!!

Alaska Glacier Bay Cruise

Highly recommended! A huge Mahalo to Gina for her excellent customer service. We went into Non-Stop Travel clueless on Alaska Cruise packages (1st time cruisers) and left with a wealth of knowledge and a DEAL! Gina took the time to explain their packages in detail, as well as, answer our many questions (2-1/2 hrs worth). We bought a Seattle Explorer/Alaska Cruise with perks and paid less than advertised! We scored and are so so happy. What a rewarding and outstanding experience. Non-Stop Travel = ask for Gina!
