Holiday Lights and Leisure in Fukuoka
This holiday getaway blended seasonal illuminations, cultural stops, and relaxed time to explore, guided by tour manager Andy Lau.
After traveling from Honolulu to Fukuoka via Tokyo, the group stayed near Hakata Station, making it easy to shop, dine, and get around. A highlight was the visit to Huis Ten Bosch in Nagasaki, where daytime sightseeing was followed by the stunning Kingdom of Lights, creating memorable photo moments.
The journey also included browsing Imari porcelain in Okawachiyama Village and a visit to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. Free days in Fukuoka allowed travelers to enjoy the city at their own pace before wrapping up the tour with a hands on mentaiko experience and the return flight home.
