We left Hakodate, saying goodbye to Hakodate's Mt. Fuji.
With this group, you don't have to ask twice to get them to take a group photo. Their enthusiasm for Hokkaido and for this tour is still going strong.
The group enjoyed the ice cream making "hands-on" experience. Here is a picture of the Ushiroda's holding their cups of ice cream.

We were treated with side dishes like pork, a fancy shrimp dish, and kinako mochi. Consequently, we were happy and full.

At the Okuriyama Ski Jump Station, we were pleasantly surprised to see some young kids practicing their ski jumps. It was jaw dropping and entertaining. It made our time there even more fun.

On our last day, we went to the new Royce Cacao and Chocolate Town. Everyone was saying how wonderful this exhibit was. Some people took the class to learn how to make their own chocolate bar. You could tell that everyone was enjoying themselves at Royce's.

We did some grilling of beef, pork, lamb, and a variety of vegetables. There was so much chatter and laughter in the air. I think the free beer helped.
