Glenn Leung

Tell us a little about yourself.

Grew up in Kaimuki and had lived in Los Angeles after graduating from UH Manoa. I enjoy meeting people, making new friends, and seeing the world. I tend to snack a lot and have to exercise often to ensure I don’t get too obese.

What did you do for work before becoming a Tour Manager?

I had always been in Information Technology, but mainly in the old legacy and large scale software applications. I’m clueless on the internet and phone apps/technology.

What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your free time?

I volunteer at my sister-in-law’s appeal company to maintain my mental and physical activities. Enjoy walking and playing computer games on my laptop. I get together often with my friends to ensure we’re aging well and to discuss future travel schedules/activities.

Where is your favorite place to travel? What is your favorite thing to do there?

I enjoy international travel, and there’s really no one favorite place for me. Each country offers its own unique culture, food, and personality, which makes it fun to visit. I also enjoy visiting national parks to relax and enjoy the natural scenery.

What do you like most about being a Tour Manager?

Being a Tour Manager provides the opportunity to meet people, make new friends, and to learn more about the travel industry. It also helps to stimulate my mental activities by planning and coordinating for the tour activities.
