Randy Macadangdang

Tell us a little about yourself.

Born and raised on Maui, I now reside in Mililani Mauka. I graduated from Lahainaluna High School and earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Central Michigan University.

What did you do for work before becoming a Tour Manager?

Before joining Non-Stop Travel, I spent over 33 memorable years with the Honolulu Police Department, moving through the ranks from a police officer to executive-level positions.

What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your free time?

Besides traveling, I enjoy all levels of sporting activities, going to the fitness center to work out, and of course, talk story. Most importantly, I love spending time with my family and cheering at my grandchildren’s soccer and flag football games.

Where is your favorite place to travel? What is your favorite thing to do there?

Wherever I go, I make the most of it by engaging with the people, culture, history, food, and shopping. I enjoy the destination, and most of all — having fun!

What do you like most about being a Tour Manager?

What I like most is the opportunity to meet new people and turn their vacations into lifelong memories.

Is there anything else you’d like our tour members to know about you?

Years ago, I played for the UH Men’s Volleyball team. I’d like to think that we set the foundation for what the program is today — champions! Support UH Athletics! Go ’Bows!
