Janie Tomihara

Tell us a little about yourself.

I love to travel and have been to many countries in Asia and Europe and Australia. I also love to travel to cities in the USA. I used to live in Japan and had the greatest time being a “local”.

What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your free time?

I like to go to Zumba/dance/yoga classes, study Japanese language and go walking with my friends.

Where is your favorite place to travel? What is your favorite thing to do there?

My favorite place to travel is Japan. I like to see the sites and experience the different area’s specialties. Every area has its’ unique craft and food.

What do you like most about being a Tour Manager?

I like meeting and getting to know people. It is amazing how close you can get on a 10 day tour.

Is there anything else you’d like our tour members to know about you?

I like to do new things and learn new things. So traveling is a perfect fit for me.
