2023 Hokkaido Mahalo Shopping Tour with tour managers Pat Oshiro, Lee Ann LaFortune and Gwen Macion!
We had an amazing seven-day adventure in Hokkaido, starting with a flight from Honolulu. After arriving in Chitose, we explored the Shiraoi Ainu Museum, picked fresh crab for lunch, and admired Lake Toya’s stunning views. We wandered through Otaru’s historic streets, visited a glass company, and tasted sake. Sapporo offered us plenty of shopping and leisure time, and we even made our own ice cream! The trip ended with a fun-filled day at Chitose Airport before heading back home to Honolulu. It was a journey full of culture, shopping, and memories!
